Chris Antoniou, Director
Chris has operated in the central London property market for over 30 years. Having witnessed numerous cycles, Chris has developed a depth of experience and intimate knowledge of the market around the City Fringes which is second to none! He has been involved in numerous development and investment transactions in the last five years advising the likes of M&G Property Investors, DCD Group, Langland Estates and Atlas.
James Taylorson MRICS, Director
James has been involved in the Central London market for over 13 years, focusing on office leasehold & investment transactions. He is a qualified member of the RICS with a wealth of experience and an enviable track record in the London market. He has advised a variety of clients, including Blackrock, Workspace PLC, Orchard Street, Atlas, Helix and numerous other Private Property companies.
Toby Thomas, Senior Surveyor
Toby joined Ellis Brown in 2022 after leaving the University of Reading with an MSc in Real Estate. Before that he studied Philosophy at the University of Bristol. He is now working towards his APC to become a member of the RICS.
Freddie Grant MRICS, Surveyor
Freddie joined Ellis Brown in 2022 after completing an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. Before that he graduated from Newcastle University in 2021 where he studied Politics and Business. He is a qualified member of the RICS.
Christopher Antoniou, Graduate Surveyor
Christopher joined Ellis Brown as a Graduate Surveyor in 2025 after completing a BSc in Property Finance and Investment and an MSc in Quantity Surveying at Nottingham Trent University. He has begun working towards his APC to become a member of the RICS.
Sophia Planker, Graduate Surveyor
Sophia joined Ellis Brown as a Graduate Surveyor in 2025 after graduating from the University of Reading with a BSc in Real Estate. She has started working towards her APC to become a member of the RICS.
James Berlin, Consultant Surveyor
James specialises in rent reviews, valuations and rating appeals. He regularly advises clients in the office, retail, industrial and education sectors and acts across all areas within London, Essex and the South East.
